Bulky products > 30 kg (furniture, hairdressing sink, armchairs): delivery by carrier with appointment . Average delivery time: 5 to 7 working days .
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a package tracking link, and the carrier will contact you directly to arrange an appointment.
European Union
Standard delivery to all EU member countries:
allow 5 to 7 working days , excluding weekends.Delivery with or without appointment depending on the local carrier.
DOM-TOM & island areas
For the Overseas Departments and Territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte, French Guiana) as well as the following islands:

For products weighing more than 30 kg , delivery is made to the designated freight forwarder in mainland France (generally in Paris or Marseille).

Check the condition of the package before signing:
Before signing the delivery slip (paper or electronic), carefully inspect the packaging :
If it is damaged, open or questionable , open the package immediately in the presence of the delivery person .
In case of damaged product, clearly state:
“REFUSAL DUE TO DAMAGE” on the delivery note.
❌ Never write "subject to unpacking": this statement has no legal value .
Refuse if:
The product is damaged
The delivered item is not compliant (error in model, color, quantity, etc.)
2. After delivery: what to do in case of a problem?

Keep the original packaging and take photos of the product and package.

3. Delivery conditions – Furniture and equipment
Metropolitan France & European Union:
Delivery by carrier with prior appointment .
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 7 working days , depending on your location.
The delivery person drops off the packages as close as possible to your address , but does not take them upstairs.
French overseas departments and territories and islands:
For products > 30 kg: delivery to the freight forwarder (generally in Marseille or Paris).
For packages < 30 kg: direct shipping via La Poste or Chronopost.
Islands concerned: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte, Guyana, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Wallis-et-Futuna, French Polynesia, New Caledonia .
4. International Taxes and Fees
Customs duties and local taxes may apply upon receipt outside of France.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer .
For further information, please consult your country's local customs authorities .
5. In the event of absence or refusal of delivery
If you are absent during delivery, the package will be stored with a local carrier.
Storage fees may apply after 4 days without response.
In the event of unjustified refusal or failure to make a claim, the return costs are your responsibility .
