General Conditions of Sale 1. Professional status The site is exclusively reserved for professionals. As such, the Customer must provide the company name and surname of their company when registering on the Site. The Customer undertakes to make purchases on the Site (hereinafter the "Purchases") only for the needs of their professional activity. 4. Registration on the Site Account creation: Any Purchase made on the Site is subject to the creation of an account by the Customer. Identifiers: The Customer must choose a username and password (hereinafter the "Identifiers") that they will be required to reuse for their future Purchases on the Site. The Customer is solely responsible for accessing the Site using their Identifiers, unless they provide proof of fraudulent use that is not attributable to them. 5. Conclusion of the sales contract Presentation of Products: The Products are presented on the Site with a description allowing the Customer to know their essential characteristics and their price. Availability of Products: The availability of a Product is indicated on its description sheet. The Product may be "in stock" or "being restocked". Order process: The Customer selects the Product(s) that he/she wishes to purchase. He/she confirms his/her choice of Product(s) by validating his/her basket and acknowledges and accepts these General Terms and Conditions by clicking on the validation button. The Customer then proceeds to pay for his/her order under the conditions set out in Article 4 of the General Terms and Conditions. Once the payment has been validated, the Customer receives an email confirming receipt of his/her order (hereinafter the "Order Confirmation"). Unavailability of Products: In the event of unavailability of the Product, GOLDBEAUTE undertakes to inform the Customer of this when processing the order via the Order Confirmation referred to in point 3.6 above. Prices and payment Prices of the Products: The prices of the Products are expressed in Euros, and are inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Proof of transactions: Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by GOLDBEAUTE constitute proof of all past transactions carried out between GOLDBEAUTE and the Customer. 8. Shipping methods and costs Choice of carrier: When validating the basket, the carrier is automatically chosen. The options are: Colissimo or GLS for small hairdressing equipment and accessories, GLS, DASHER, HEPPNER DSV, TRANSPORT SELLIER for furniture. Some items will be available for collection. Shipping costs: Shipping is free in Metropolitan France, Belgium, Poland, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Austria and Denmark. Tracking number: Once the Product has been shipped, GOLDBEAUTE will inform the Buyer by sending an email, providing them with the delivery tracking number, if applicable. 9. Delivery Mandated carrier: Delivery is carried out by a carrier mandated by GOLDBEAUTE. Deliveries are made to the ground floor only. Customer Responsibility: The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in his “Personal Space”. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the information he communicates to GOLDBEAUTE for this purpose are correct and will allow him to receive the Products. In the event of an inaccuracy in the delivery address provided by the Customer, the Products will be reshipped at the latter's expense. Delivery of the Products: Delivery occurs by handing over the Products to the Customer against signature of a delivery note. In the event of the Customer's absence on the day of delivery, a delivery notice will be left in his mailbox. In order to take possession of the Products, the Customer must contact the carrier whose contact details will appear on the delivery notice. Delivery times: Delivery times for France vary from 2 to 7 days (depending on the department, excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times for Belgium vary from 5 to 9 days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times for Switzerland vary from 10 to 12 days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Information for our customers in Overseas France Tax regime: As a customer residing in Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, Mayotte and Reunion, you benefit from prices excluding tax (HT) for your purchases. The products are invoiced excluding tax when validating your basket. The VAT will be collected by La Poste upon arrival of your package.
