How to use and curing time of the rubber base.
1. On a matte and degreased nail plate, apply a thin layer of base and cure for 120s in the UV lamp / 30s in the LED lamp.
2. Then apply a layer of semi-permanent color varnish and cure for 120s under the UV lamp / 30s under the LED lamp.
3. Finish the application by applying a thin layer of top coat and cure for 120s under the UV lamp / 30s under the LED lamp.

It has a dispersion layer.
