ACTIV Dermo-Roller System
The Dermo-Roller is a professional microneedle mesotherapy device that offers an alternative to laser treatments, plastic surgery, and deep chemical peels. It is an innovative way to regenerate and reconstruct the skin. The Dermo Roller ACTIV is a roller covered with fine steel microneedles ranging from 0.25 mm to 2.0 mm in length, which create nearly 250,000 micro-punctures on the skin in 5 minutes. The head of each roller is equipped with 540 steel needles.
Needle lengths and applications:

Derma Roller creates microscopic channels in the skin, called microdamages, increasing the production of collagen and elastin, which slows down skin aging. Thanks to the microperforation of the surface layers of the skin, active ingredients penetrate much deeper than with daily cosmetic application. After applying active ingredients to the skin, only 0.03 to 3% of the substance is transported to the skin. After using a derma roller, active ingredients are absorbed 3,000% more. Skin stimulation is gentle, thanks to which the reproductive skin cells and blood vessels remain intact.
Remember that each roll must be sterile sealed, so that each client can see before the treatment that the roll with which the treatment will be performed has not been used by anyone. The roll must be in its original packaging.

Any damage, even the slightest, to the epidermis activates the skin's self-renewal processes. With age, the skin's ability to self-renew weakens, which is evident, for example, in wounds that heal more slowly. Systematic microperforation of the epidermis is a safe form of skin stimulation, stimulating its regeneration and, consequently, increasing skin density.
After the first treatment, your skin will feel firmer and stronger. After intensive therapy, you can achieve firmer and younger-looking skin. The effect is fully visible after 24 hours. The number of treatments required to achieve maximum results depends on the condition of each individual skin.
Treatments should be performed after anesthesia with Emla ointment, depending on the client's experience. You should take into account the appearance of droplet bleeding on the skin surface and the formation of crusts. After each treatment, the roller should be washed under running water and disinfected. Before performing the treatment, the roller should also be disinfected, for example with AHD. The procedure can be performed with physiological saline.
