Dermo-Roller is a professional device for microneedle mesotherapy, which is one of the alternatives to laser treatments and plastic surgery, as well as deep chemical peels. It is an innovative way to regenerate and reconstruct the skin. Dermo Roller ACTIV is a roller covered with fine titanium microneedles ranging from 0.25 mm to 2.0 mm in length, which perform nearly 250,000 micropunctures on the skin in 5 minutes. Thanks to the fact that they are made of titanium and not surgical steel, they are extremely thin, like a human hair, and thanks to this, they really stick to the skin. The precision of the titanium needles guarantees safety and comfort during the procedure. The head of each roller is equipped with 192 TITANIUM needles.

Derma Roller creates microscopically small tubules in the skin, called microdamages, which cause an increase in the production of collagen and elastin, which slows down skin aging. Thanks to the microperforations of the outer layers of the skin, active ingredients penetrate much deeper than with daily cosmetics. After applying active ingredients to the skin, only 0.03 to 3% of the substance is transported to the skin. After using the derma roller, active ingredients are absorbed by 3000% more. The skin is stimulated gently, thanks to which the reproductive cells of the skin and capillaries remain intact.

It is worth remembering that each roll must be sterile sealed, so that each client can see before the procedure that the roll used for the procedure has not been used by anyone. The roll must be originally packaged.

Your skin will feel firmer and stronger after the first treatment. Firmer, younger-looking skin can be achieved after intensive therapy. The effect is fully visible after 24 hours. The number of treatments required for maximum effect depends on individual skin condition.

Treatments should be performed after anesthesia with Emla ointment, depending on the client's feelings. Consideration should be given to the formation of bleeding droplets on the skin surface and the formation of scabs. After each treatment, the roller should be washed under running water and disinfected. Also, before performing the procedure, the roller should be disinfected, for example, with AHD. The treatment can be performed on a saline solution.
