ACTIV System Dermo-Roller
Dermo - Roller is a professional device for microneedle mesotherapy, which is one of the alternatives to laser treatments and plastic surgery, as well as deep chemical peels. It is an innovative way to regenerate and rebuild the skin. Dermo Roller ACTIV is a roller covered with thin, titanium micro-needles with a length of 0.25 mm to 2.0 mm, which within 5 minutes make nearly 250,000 micro-punctures on the skin. Thanks to the fact that they are made of titanium and not surgical steel, they are extremely thin as a human hair and thanks to this they really stick into the skin. The precision of the titanium needles guarantees safety and comfort during the procedure. The head of each roller is equipped with 192 TITANIUM needles.
Needle lengths and application:
0.25 mm - gentle exfoliation of the epidermis, stimulation of microcirculation, improvement of color
0.30 mm - exfoliation of the epidermis, stimulation of microcirculation, creation of microchannels, improvement of color
0.50 mm - exfoliation of the epidermis, stimulation of microcirculation, creation of microchannels, microdamage of the epidermis, improvement of color
Lengths from 0.25 - 0.50 can be used for home use according to all safety rules.
0.75 mm - exfoliation of the epidermis, stimulation of microcirculation, creation of microchannels, controlled damage to the epidermis, leading to the stimulation of fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin
1.00 mm - exfoliation of the epidermis, stimulation of microcirculation, formation of microchannels, controlled damage to the epidermis, leading to the stimulation of fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin, thickening of the walls of blood vessels, elimination of discolorations

Derma Roller creates microscopic sized tubules in the skin, the so-called microdamages, causing an increase in the production of collagen and elastin, which makes the skin age slower. Thanks to the microperforation of the outer layers of the skin, the active ingredients reach much deeper than during the daily application of cosmetics. After applying active substances to the skin, only .03% to 3% of the substance is transported to the skin. After using the derma roller, active substances are absorbed by 3000% more. The stimulation of the skin is gentle, thanks to which the reproductive cells of the skin and capillaries remain undamaged.
It should be remembered that each roller should be sterilely closed, so that each client can see before the procedure that the roller used for the procedure has not been used by anyone. The roller must be originally packed.

Each, even the slightest damage to the epidermis causes activation of self-renewal processes in the skin. With age, the skin's ability to self-renew weakens, which can be seen, for example, in slower-healing wounds. Systematic microperforation of the epidermis is a safe form of skin stimulation, stimulating its regeneration and, as a result, increasing skin density.
Already after the first treatment, your skin will be tighter and stronger. Firmer, younger-looking skin can be achieved after intensive therapy. The effect is fully visible after 24 hours. The number of treatments that need to be performed for maximum effect depends on the individual condition of the skin.
Treatments should be performed after anesthesia with Emla ointment, according to the client's feelings. One should take into account the formation of droplet bleeding on the surface of the skin, and the formation of scabs. After each treatment, the roller should be washed under running water and disinfected, also before performing the procedure, the roller should be disinfected, e.g. with AHD. The treatment can be performed on saline.
