Glycolic acid
Glycolic acid is primarily responsible for slowing down the aging process, increasing the production of collagen fibers and water retention in the skin. It accelerates cell renewal, softens and smooths the skin, and improves its structure. It also reduces wrinkles, visibly reduces scars, and lightens pigment spots. It regulates sebum secretion and narrows the openings of the sebaceous glands.

Arginine
L-arginine – an amino acid obtained from brown sugar; increases the level of urea in the skin (more strongly than urea applied externally). It increases epidermal hydration, strengthens the lipid barrier, softens, heals and soothes irritations, and has anti-wrinkle and smoothing properties.
