Commitment to Our Clients
We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, and we remain at your disposal for any assistance you may need.
At GoldBeauté, we make every effort to ensure delivery under the best conditions.
However, despite all precautions, an incident during transport can occur.
That is why verification upon receipt is mandatory.
Upon delivery, you must check your order before signing the delivery note.
It allows us to determine immediately whether any damage is related to transport or occurred after delivery.
Without this verification, it becomes impossible to precisely identify the origin of the problem and to process your request under the best conditions.
Check to be carried out upon receipt
- Open the package in the presence of the delivery driver.
- Check the condition of the product (even if the box is intact).
- Check for conformity (model, quantity, condition)
- Take the necessary time (15 to 20 minutes allowed)
Even if the packaging is in good condition, the product inside may be damaged.
IN CASE OF A PROBLEM
- Refuse the package immediately
- Indicate the problem precisely on the delivery slip
Examples:
- "Damaged armchair – torn seam"
- "Broken product – damaged structure"
The following statements are invalid:
- "Subject to unpacking"
- "Subject to verification"
The carrier takes back the merchandise
We process your case quickly.
IF THE CARRIER REFUSES TO WAIT
You must write the following on the slip:
"Carrier refused to inspect – package refused"
IMPORTANT – CONDITIONS OF COVERAGE
- Any signature without reservation = product considered compliant
- No transport-related claims will be accepted after unconditional signature.
- A delayed inspection does not allow the origin of the damage to be identified.
